When you register and use Helpers, we may collect:

• General location (in order to connect you with volunteers/soldiers in your area).


• Content you upload (posts, photos of equipment, chat messages).

2. How We Use the Information

The sole purpose of collecting this information is to operate the platform:

• Connecting those who need help with those who want to help.


• Sending notifications about relevant help requests in your area.


• Securing the site and preventing misuse.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your information to anyone. Period.

Your information (such as your phone number) will be shown to other users on the site only if you
choose to publish it in a help request or a private message.

4. Data Security

The site is hosted on secure servers (SPD) with SSL encryption. However, please remember that no
transmission of information over the internet is 100% secure. We recommend not sharing overly sensitive
information (such as ID numbers or credit card details) within chats or posts.

5. Data Deletion

You have the full right to request the deletion of your account and the information associated with
it at any time, through your profile settings or by contacting the site administrators.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy (CSAE Policy)

The Helpers platform is absolutely committed to protecting the safety of its users, and minors in
particular. We maintain a "zero tolerance" policy toward any content involving child sexual abuse,
exploitation of minors, or any activity that harms their safety (CSAE).

As part of this, we take the following measures:

• Content Prohibition: Uploading, sharing, or distributing texts, images, or links
  that contain content harmful to minors is strictly prohibited.


• Reporting Mechanism: The app allows users to immediately report any suspicious
  content or inappropriate help request.


• Enforcement and Removal: The Helpers team reviews reports as a top priority.
  Content identified as violating this policy will be removed immediately (within less than 24 hours),
  and the violating user will be permanently banned from the platform.


• Reporting to Authorities: In cases where criminal content related to the
  exploitation of minors is identified, Helpers reserves the right to report it to the relevant law
  enforcement authorities.
